Prendes Expands Organization’s Supplemental Benefits Footprint

TAMPA, Fla., February 25, 2019 — Sydney Consulting Group and Sydney Administrators (collectively “Sydney”) announce the hiring of Michael (Mike) Prendes as a Consultant in its growing business.  Mike is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.  He will be based in Tampa, FL.

Mike joins Sydney after a successful release of supplemental products at Anthem as Director of Product Management, Specialty Businesses.  In his role at Anthem, Mike provided oversight on all actuarial, compliance, and operational responsibilities.  Prior to Anthem, Mike was responsible for the design, pricing, modeling, and valuation of health and life products at Allstate Benefits, a subsidiary of The Allstate Corporation.
